A massive cotton candy chocolate DIY kit as a custom Valentine's Day gift at Harbour City, Hong Kong

Valentine's Day isn't complete without chocolates that symbolize love, sweetness, and romance—perfect for expressing boundless affection to your sweetheart. From now until February 19, Harbour City in Hong Kong is hosting its annual large-scale event "Love. Seek Chocolate," with this year's theme being “ALL YOU EAT IS LOVE”. In addition to offering premium chocolates from multiple world-renowned brands for chocolate lovers, the event also introduces various customization services and experiences, allowing consumers to easily pick out a unique Valentine's Day gift for their loved one.

This includes Harbour City’s first-ever "Love. Seek Chocolate" pass, where customers can select their favorite chocolates from participating brands to create a custom chocolate gift box. Couples can also DIY carve love letters and sweet flipbooks onto chocolates on-site. Additionally, they can donate to receive a limited-edition "ETERNITY" white chocolate diamond ring sculpture designed by JW Marriott Hotel pastry chefs and master chocolatier ROGER.

This year, Harbour City has specially invited Taiwanese food illustrator PeiPei to hand-draw a series of romantic chocolate dessert artworks and chocolate-themed recipes from 12 restaurants at Harbour City. Moreover, Harbour City has also prepared the best family-friendly activities for Valentine’s Day. Online celebrity “Taishan Zizhu” (Taishan) has created three unique sweet treats using chocolate and special ingredients, recruiting volunteer families to make and sell the desserts on MINI TRUCKS, all while raising funds for the Hong Kong Leukaemia Foundation.

A gathering of star chefs and online dessert experts will also personally demonstrate how to make selected chocolate desserts at the "LOVE KITCHEN" in Hall II of Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, over the weekend. The "Harbour City Gallery" will host Korean artist Kim Jaeyong’s art exhibition "I LOVE DONUT" during the event period, spreading the sweet and heartwarming vibes of Valentine's Day and chocolate throughout Harbour City.
