The Mimara Museum is located in Roosevelt Square in the capital city of Zagreb, Croatia. It is an art museum primarily housing works by the artists Vilko Gecan and Ante Topić Mimara, hence its full name, "Vilko Gecan & Ante Topić Mimara."

The Mimara Museum is one of the most renowned art museums in Croatia. It houses a total of 3,700 different artworks, over 1,500 of which are permanent exhibits. These works span from prehistoric times to the 20th century, covering nearly all historical periods comprehensively and representatively. The collection includes masterpieces such as those by the famous Italian Renaissance painter Raphael (Raffaello), Venetian Renaissance artist Giorgione, and renowned masters from the late 16th and early 17th centuries like Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio. There are also 60 works by Dutch painters such as Van Goyen and Jacob van Ruisdael, 30 paintings by Spanish masters including Velázquez and Murillo, 20 works by German artists such as Holbein and Leibl, 30 pieces by notable British painters like Gainsborough and Bonington, as well as 120 artworks by French painters such as Georges de la Tour, Boucher, and Delacroix.
