Northern Velebit National Park is located in Lika-Senj County, Croatia. It was upgraded from a protected area to a national park in 1999, covering an area of 109 square kilometers in the northern part of Croatia’s largest mountain range — the Velebit Mountains. It is renowned for its karst landscape.
