The Zagreb Museum of Contemporary Art is Croatia’s most prominent art museum, primarily housing paintings, sculptures, and prints created by Croatian artists from the 19th and 20th centuries. The museum’s art collection numbers around 10,000 pieces and continues to grow, including paintings, sculptures, prints, graphic art, bas-reliefs, medals, photographs, and new media art—offering a rich and diverse array that showcases cutting-edge artistic forms. The Zagreb Museum of Contemporary Art is open from 11:00 to 19:00 Tuesday through Friday, and from 11:00 to 13:00 on weekends. It is closed on Mondays and public holidays.
