Słupsk is situated in Poland’s northwestern Pomeranian Voivodeship, close to the Baltic Sea and the Słupia River. It serves as the county seat of Słupsk County and ranks among Poland’s most densely populated cities. The city is a significant industrial center, with truck and bus manufacturer Scania operating a factory here.

Słupsk is a green city, where countless trees and shrubs thrive, becoming especially beautiful in spring and autumn. In the city center, there’s a flower clock that not only displays the accurate time but also blooms vibrantly. History enthusiasts will find much to explore, as the city boasts numerous historical landmarks. The Słupsk Town Hall, built in 1901, is a highly photogenic Gothic Revival building. Since 2003, visitors have been able to tour it, including the tower, which houses portraits of former mayors.

Sacred St. Jack’s Church, the 14th-century St. Mary’s Church, the 15th-century Witches’ Tower, the 1507 Castle Mill, St. George’s Church, and remnants of the city walls are all testaments to its rich history.
