The museum features a dedicated film about chocolate that provides a detailed look at how different shaped chocolates are made, as well as how cocoa beans are transformed into the world’s sweetest treats. Visitors can also see a range of early chocolate-making machines, modern equipment, and the evolution of chocolate packaging over the years. One of the most exciting experiences is tasting three distinct types of chocolate—milk, dark, and white—to savor their unique flavors. Guests can even sample freshly made chocolates directly from the production line.

The museum is open from 9:00 to 16:00 on Mondays and Tuesdays, and from 9:00 to 12:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. German guided tours are available every weekday afternoon at 14:00, and an English tour is offered on Thursdays at 11:00 AM. Visitors can choose their preferred visiting time based on language preference.
