Purple Valley Eden

Purple Valley Eden (PurpleValleyEden) is a comprehensive project developed by the state-owned Beijing Lugouqiao Farm (abbreviated as Lugouqiao Farm), under the Beijing Capital Agribusiness Group. In line with government directives and to meet public demand, it aims to promote a greener Fengtai District and develop the Yongding River waterfront economy. The project combines urban sightseeing, leisure, and the development of tourism and cultural resources along the Yongding River.

Opened to the public in mid-June 2013, Purple Valley Eden covers a planned area of approximately 40 hectares. The park features over 20 scenic spots, including a fountain square, windmills, the moon, musical notes, pianos, and telephone booths. It offers various functions such as sightseeing, leisure, wedding photography, and wedding celebrations.

Located on the beautiful banks of the Yongding River and adjacent to the ancient embankment, Purple Valley Eden (PurpleValleyEden) boasts a prime location just 20 kilometers from downtown Beijing and only 4 kilometers from the world-famous Lugou Bridge. It is easily accessible via multiple major transportation routes, including the West Fifth Ring Road, the Jinggang’ao Expressway, and the Jingkai Expressway. This serene retreat offers urban dwellers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city—perfect for sightseeing, resting, and enjoying the gentle breeze and moonlight. The park also provides a large forested underground parking lot for visitors' convenience.
