The name of Andromeda Gardens is derived from the Greek mythological princess Andromeda of Ethiopia, who was chained to a rock and later rescued by the hero Perseus. Among the highlights in Andromeda Gardens are the talipot palms, which are among the largest palm trees in the world. The garden also features orchids, ferns, sea hollies, hibiscus, bougainvillea, begonias, and cacti. The air is fragrant with the scents of flowers, attracting butterflies that dance throughout the garden in perfect harmony.
