The China Brand Innovation Summit will be held on July 15 at the Great Hall of the People, with over 800 participants invited, including ministry-level leaders, economic experts, industry media, and corporate elites. As a key attending enterprise, Snail Baba received two nominations for “China’s Best Business Model Innovation Award” and “China’s Most Commercially Valuable Innovative Platform,” while its General Manager Shan Daiguo was nominated for “Top Ten Innovative Figures in China’s New Economic Models.” Recently, two major state-owned enterprises, China Railway Huahan and Huaxia International, visited Snail Baba’s Chengdu headquarters for on-site inspections and plan to establish long-term strategic cooperation with the company.
A National-Level High-Profile Summit with Authoritative Policy Interpretations
This China Brand Innovation Summit is jointly organized by the People's Daily’s "Minsheng Weekly" magazine, the China E-commerce Association, the China Quality Millennium Campaign magazine, the China High-Tech Industrialization Research Association, and the Investment Consulting Professional Committee of the China Investment Association, among others, and has formed strategic partnerships with numerous national-level news media outlets. With the theme of “Brand, Innovation, Connectivity, and Integrity,” the summit invites approximately 100 national leaders and economic experts, around 100 journalists from central news organizations and industry media, and about 600 outstanding innovators from across the country’s business community to participate.

At the event, leaders from ministries and the central bank will interpret major national strategies such as the “Belt and Road Initiative,” “Internet+,” “Made in China 2025,” and “Healthy China 2030,” as well as a series of strategies and policies aimed at stimulating mass innovation and entrepreneurship, including “Artificial Intelligence,” “New Energy,” “Financial Innovation,” “Internet of Things,” “Intelligent Manufacturing,” and “Virtual Reality,” addressing practical issues such as how businesses can leverage these trends.
The summit forums will also feature recommendations of successful corporate case studies. Experts and scholars from various fields will work with attending corporate elites to deeply analyze these success stories and the “leaders” behind them, promoting their achievements as industry benchmarks. Their successful experiences, advanced models, and fruitful results will inspire, guide, and assist peers in achieving greater success.
Tourism Becomes a Bond of the Belt and Road, Snail Baba’s Innovative Model Gains Praise
Since the introduction of the Belt and Road Initiative, tourism exchanges and cooperation among countries along the route have significantly increased, with the scale of tourist flows continuously expanding and socio-economic benefits becoming increasingly evident. At the first World Tourism Development Conference held in 2016, tourism departments from 107 countries proposed that “governments enhance connectivity, improve travel facilitation, and promote and support regional tourism cooperation through initiatives such as the Belt and Road.” Tourism has become a bond and bridge for people-to-people connectivity among countries along the Belt and Road. The rich cultural heritage of the diverse and distinctive attractions along the Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road has also provided significant development opportunities for in-depth regional tourism projects.
At this time, Snail Baba leverages its platform advantages to integrate resources in real estate, finance, tourism, services, hotels, and more, pioneering a new business model of “shared vacation” that combines retirement, wellness, tourism, holidays, and leisure. This model addresses various traditional tourism pain points and brings more possibilities to the tourism industry. Snail Baba’s “co-ownership and shared access” vacation model allows users to purchase one-tenth of a property’s equity to receive equivalent mall points, 28 days of annual residence rights, and the ability to exchange stays in global tourism properties and hotels, enabling a migratory lifestyle. Thus, travel is no longer a superficial visit but gains a global “breadth” and homelike “depth”—the very essence of “living while traveling,” truly realizing “one property, a home worldwide.”
Partnering with State-Owned Giants to Takethe “Shared” Economy Platform Global
Recently, Liu Longjun, Chairman of China Railway Huahan, and Guo Lina, Chairman of Huaxia International, visited Snail Baba’s headquarters in Chengdu’s High-Tech Zone for an on-site inspection. Both spoke highly of Snail Baba’s model and platform and plan to establish strategic cooperation with the company. China Railway Huahan and Huaxia International are affiliated with China Railway Construction Industry Investment Group and Huaxia Group, respectively. As established state-owned enterprises, both groups possess strong financial resources and industry leadership, along with abundant sector-specific resources. It is believed that this strategic cooperation will inject strong momentum into Snail Baba and create more business opportunities for both sides.
The inspection team from China Railway and Huaxia visited Snail Baba’s headquarters and, led by General Manager Shan Daiguo, toured the company’s environment and overall project operations. After learning about Snail Baba’s model and its new alternative travel and vacation product—“one property, a home worldwide”—both chairmen agreed that Snail Baba’s model breaks the traditional tourism mold, resolves many conventional tourism issues, and opens up new ideas for tourism real estate projects. Following the inspection, the three parties held an on-site signing ceremony at Snail Baba’s headquarters, reaching a preliminary cooperation agreement and planning to further discuss the details of the strategic partnership.
Liu Longjun, Chairman of China Railway Huahan, stated that China Railway Huahan will establish an interactive and mutually supportive partnership with Snail Baba in the future, integrating the group’s distinctive products and tourism real estate projects into Snail Baba and leveraging the platform’s advantages to promote these products globally. At the same time, China Railway Huahan will share Snail Baba’s model with its other partners to maximize the impact of the “shared” economy platform. Guo Lina, Chairman of Huaxia International, also believes that Snail Baba’s living-while-traveling model aligns well with the group’s current offerings, and they will consider collaborating with Snail Baba to establish a dedicated channel for Huaxia International products.
As the pioneer of the “shared vacation” model, Snail Baba addresses multiple pain points in the tourism industry with a new mindset and operational system, transforming traditional tourism models and creating a new landscape in the tourism market, which has earned recognition from both the industry and top authorities. This strong collaboration with China Railway and Huaxia will undoubtedly enable Snail Baba’s “shared vacation” model to go global, bringing more benefits to consumers.
