The Royal Saskatchewan Museum is located in Regina, Saskatchewan, and was established in 1906. It serves as the provincial museum of Saskatchewan, being the first museum in the province and also the first provincial museum in Canada's Prairie Provinces.

The Royal Saskatchewan Museum is dedicated to showcasing the natural history and Indigenous cultures of Saskatchewan. The museum boasts a rich and diverse collection, primarily consisting of specimens including 10,000 birds, 6,000 plants, 3,000 mammals, 300 fish and reptiles, 100,000 insects, and 37,500 fossils. In addition, there are 3 million items related to Indigenous peoples. The museum's collections have become an important part of Saskatchewan’s heritage and assist scientists around the world in studying the natural world around us.

The exhibits in the museum are divided into sections such as the Life Sciences Gallery, Indigenous Peoples Gallery, Earth Sciences Gallery, and Traveling Exhibits Gallery. Visitors can see a variety of animal and Indigenous models, which are extremely helpful for understanding the natural history and Indigenous cultures of Saskatchewan.
