National Mosque
Introduction: The National Mosque boasts a magnificent and imposing exterior. Located at the intersection of Ayer Itam Road and State Mosque Road, it can accommodate up to five thousand Muslims for prayers simultaneously. Visitors must apply for a permit from the State Religious Department on Lebuh Pantai in order to enter for a visit. Transportation: Visitors can take Bus No. 1 or No. 10, or the Rapid Penang bus to the State Mosque.
