Huatai Guan Yu Temple is located in Huatai Village, Jinci Town, Jinyuan District, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

Huatai Village: Huatai Village is situated to the north of Jinci, adjacent to the east of the Jinyuan District Government. The village has over 570 households, with a population of around 1,700, and nearly 1,000 mu of arable land. The main agricultural activities include crop farming, fruit tree cultivation, and seedling production, while the primary sources of economic income are animal husbandry, transportation, and building materials processing. The village has a complete two-committee leadership structure, with Zhang Chengxi serving as the Party branch secretary and Zhang Jianbin as the village committee director. The Party branch consists of five members, the village committee has four members, there are 53 Party members, and 21 villager representatives.
