Qingshui Cliff refers to the steep sea cliffs of Qingshui Mountain along the Pacific Ocean, located in northern Hualien County. The cliffs are shaped like a sheath, with sheer rock faces rising thousands of feet, beneath which the white waves surge violently, creating an extremely dramatic and perilous landscape.

Qingshui Cliff is a massive rocky cliff formed by the contiguous coastal cliffs of mountains such as Chongde, Qingshui, and Heping. Stretching over 21 kilometers in length, it juts vertically into the Pacific Ocean at a 90-degree angle, with heights exceeding 800 meters in all sections. It is renowned for its majestic presence and is acclaimed as the second-largest sea cliff in the world. The Su-Hua Highway, built amidst these cliffs, appears intermittently amid the barriers of tunnels, while beneath the cliff walls lies the vast and turbulent Pacific Ocean, with its magnificent waves.
