Cheng-Yi Light Hotel Hualien Branch offers a variety of room types, including double rooms, female-only backpacker rooms, mixed backpacker rooms, 3-person dormitory suites, and 6-person dormitory suites. Just from the name, you can sense the owner's intention—Suxi Youth Hostel aims to provide travelers with a comfortable stay while also introducing them to the various corners of Hualien that the owner loves.

Suxi Youth Hostel rooms feature different styles such as industrial, pastoral, or Scandinavian design, with prices starting at just 500 TWD per night. The hostel also serves as a cycling hub, providing bike repair tools, air pumps, and more, which is very convenient for cyclists.

4. Honeycomb Capsule Hotel
The Honeycomb Capsule Hotel, with its striking container-style entrance, was founded with the concept of becoming a “home” for travelers passing through Hualien. Its interior design is mainly industrial-style, featuring a full wall painted with cute bees,
which has become a super photogenic spot inside the hotel.

The Beehive Capsule Hostel offers dormitory rooms categorized by gender (male, female, mixed), eight-person bunk beds, as well as twin and double bed rooms, with prices starting from just NT$600 per night. Its cozy common area has become the most welcoming spot in the hostel, where travelers can exchange stories about their unique journeys.

5. JustWalk Hotel Xavaw Youth Hostel
Xavaw Youth Hostel also features an industrial-style design, but adds a lively touch to the common area with numerous cute murals on the walls. Room types include doubles, quads, eight-person bunk beds, and four-person suites. What sets it apart from other hostels is that both the double and quad bunk rooms are equipped with TV sets and individual headphones, ensuring guests won’t get bored even while nestled in their own bunks.
