Originally named Xinguang Zhaofeng Leisure Farm, Xinguang Muye Manor is located on the newly formed river land at the confluence of the Shoufeng River and the Hualien River in Fenglin Township, Hualien County, Taiwan. It is a comprehensive farm integrating agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and leisure tourism. Covering an area of approximately 726 hectares, 256 hectares have been developed into a leisure farm and related facilities such as resort accommodations, making it one of the largest large-scale sightseeing farms in Taiwan.

Nestled within the scenic Huadong Valley, Xinguang Muye Manor boasts lush grasslands and abundant water sources, brimming with vibrant natural beauty. The farm features several major attractions including a sightseeing orchard, dairy cow zone, ecological bird area, parrot zone, cute animals area, and an artificial lake. There are also convenient amenities for visitors such as restaurants, agricultural product exhibition centers, and large conference rooms. Guests can freely enjoy activities like camping, picnicking, fishing, fruit picking, catching loaches, milking cows, and riding ox carts.
