The main entrance of Zhongzheng Park is located on Xin'er Road, which you can reach by climbing the steps or walking up the slope on the side.

The park itself is divided into three levels. The first level features pavilions, a chess center, and recreational sports facilities, attracting large crowds of visitors on holidays. The second level is the location of the "Main Altar." It is here that the annual Ghost Festival ceremonies in Keelung are held, drawing massive crowds and creating a truly spectacular scene.

At the highest point of the park stands a white statue of the Goddess of Mercy (Guanyin), a 22.5-meter-high sculpture divided into five levels. Visitors can climb up to enjoy a panoramic view of Keelung, making it the city's most iconic landmark. Flanking the statue are two large golden lions, exuding a serene and majestic aura. Surrounding the statue are also eighteen Arhat statues, each with unique expressions and poses, adding vivid interest to the site.

About 0.8 kilometers from Zhongzheng Park, on the right side within Meiyuan (Plum Garden), there is an 8-inch steel cannon from 1887, originally from the Bai Mi Wan Fort, which has been relocated here — worth a visit if you’re passing by.

He served as President of the Whampoa Military Academy, Commander-in-Chief of the National Revolutionary Army, Chairman of the National Government, President of the Executive Yuan, Chairman of the Military Affairs Commission of the National Government, Generalissimo of the Republic of China, Leader of the Kuomintang, Director of the Three People's Principles Youth League, Supreme Commander of the China Theater of the Allied Forces during World War II, and President of the Republic of China, among other positions.
