To visit Keelung Islet in person, you can take a sightseeing boat from Bisha Fishing Port to enjoy the spectacular views of the island up close.

The Guanghua Tower serves as a maritime landmark of Keelung Harbor. Originally a VIP reception area for the harbor authority, it has since been developed into a hub for maritime tourism and leisure. It features Taiwan’s first lighthouse-themed café, offering a relaxing spot for sightseeing, business meetings, family gatherings, and dates.
