Dragon Bone Valley Dragon Bone Valley is located 60 kilometers southwest of the county town and 15 kilometers from Provincial Highway 318, covering an area of approximately 25 square kilometers. It is a unique landform shaped by hundreds of millions of years of geological changes. The terrain, formed from earthen sediment deposits, has been sculpted through weathering, intermittent water erosion, and wind erosion, resulting in a landscape of wind-eroded earth mounds and wind-eroded depressions (grooves) that are aligned parallel and interspersed with one another. Grooves are often separated by ridges reaching heights of 5–10 meters, offering high visual appeal and significant scientific research value.
