At the launch ceremony, Zheng Jianing, Deputy Inspector of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tourism Administration, delivered an important speech, expressing confidence and expectations for this national roadshow. As the largest-scale, longest-duration, and farthest-reaching promotional roadshow in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and even across the country, the exhibition will combine professional tourism promotion events with cultural roadshows to showcase to cities along the route Inner Mongolia’s magical and magnificent natural scenery, colorful folk culture, and unique winter tourism resources. Highlights include displays of Inner Mongolian traditional costumes and landscapes, the uniquely distinctive Mongolian wrestling custom, the “I Love Inner Mongolia” instant photo activity, and on-site lucky draws. These engaging and interactive experiences will allow visitors to gain a deeper understanding of Inner Mongolia’s rich winter tourism offerings and its passionate, vibrant cultural charm.
Inner Mongolia has long been renowned for its pristine natural landscapes and unique ethnic culture. Its vast grasslands, galloping horses, and hospitable people make it the perfect destination to experience ethnic culture and rejuvenate the spirit. In recent years, through rational and effective planning and development aimed at the rapidly growing northern tourism market, Inner Mongolia has accelerated the growth of its local tourism industry through resource cooperation and service upgrades. Since launching its winter marketing campaign in 2014, Inner Mongolia has further promoted the development and popularization of its winter tourism brand.
With a winter season lasting up to seven months, Inner Mongolia boasts a diverse array of icy and snowy landscapes. Snow-covered grasslands, rolling mountain ranges, crisscrossing rivers and lakes, as well as boundless primeval forests, together with developed tourism products such as hot springs and skiing, and a series of ethnic and folk festivals with an ice-and-snow theme, all offer visitors a distinctly unique natural and cultural experience. Beyond its one-of-a-kind ecological and cultural resources, Inner Mongolia is also rapidly improving its service systems for winter tourism products, aiming to provide visitors with optimal service quality and a perfect travel experience.

It is reported that after the launch in Hohhot, the specially designed and packaged caravan fleet, featuring a distinctive Inner Mongolian style, will travel to ten provincial capital cities including Shijiazhuang, Jinan, Nanjing, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Changsha, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, and Taiyuan for the roadshow. The tour will cover key source markets in surrounding areas of Inner Mongolia, North China, East China, and South China, with influence extending nationwide. It can be expected that this event will present a whole new image of Inner Mongolia.
