The Summit Cliff Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Qingshui County.

The Summit Cliff Site is located in Zuer Village, Hongbao Town, Qingshui County. Dating back to the late Yangshao Culture and Majiayao Culture periods, it is classified as an ancient site.

It was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit of Qingshui County on December 31, 1982.

Protected area: with the central point as the base, east: bounded by Yar Gully; west: bounded by the residential area of Anping Village residents; south: bounded by the cliff; north: bounded by Duan Mountain.

Construction control zone: extending 20 meters outward from the perimeter boundaries (east, south, west, and north) of the protected area.

Hongbao Town: Natural Environment: Located in the western part of Qingshui County, Hongbao Town covers a total land area of 81,800 mu, with a total cultivated land area of 33,700 mu. The average elevation is 1,334 meters, the annual average rainfall is 550 mm, the annual average temperature is 9°C, and the frost-free period lasts 180 days per year.

Administrative Division: It governs 26 village committees.

Population: The town has a total of 5,922 households, a total population of 27,490, and 13,869 employed residents.
