Manfeilong Pagoda (Manfeilong White Pagoda) is a cultural tourism attraction.

Guide: The pagoda is built of brick and stone and was constructed in the 5th–6th year of the Dai calendar (1024 AD). In the Dai language, it is called "Ta Nuo Zhuang Long," meaning "Pagoda of the Big Bamboo Shoot." It is a structure of Theravada Buddhism. The main pagoda stands in the center, with an overall height of 16.29 meters and a base diameter of 8.6 meters. Eight smaller pagodas are arranged around the eight sides, each standing 9.1 meters tall, with niches at their bases housing Buddha statues. About 3.5 kilometers south of the white pagoda, there is also a golden pagoda (also known as the Black Pagoda or the Bulang Pagoda), which can be reached by a 500-meter walk from Damenglong Town. During the Water-Splashing Festival each year, the Dai people of the Manfeilong Village gather in front of the pagoda to celebrate the Dai New Year by playing in the water. Introduction: Manfeilong Pagoda, also known as the Bamboo Shoot Pagoda or the White Pagoda, is located on the mountaintop behind Manfeilong Village in Damenglong Township, Jinghong City. It is 70 kilometers from Jinghong City and 3 kilometers from Damenglong Town. The pagoda complex consists of nine pagodas of varying sizes, with pure white bodies — hence the name White Pagoda. Its golden spires resemble jade shoots breaking through the earth, earning it the nickname Bamboo Shoot Pagoda.
