On April 14, over ten thousand people performed the Dai ethnic umbrella dance together. That day, to the rhythmic beats of gongs and drums, 10,580 locals from Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, dressed in festive attire, danced gracefully with floral umbrellas in the Water-Splashing Square of Jinghong City.
