New Hamasha Outpost New Hamasha Outpost is located at the western end of the scenic area, six kilometers from the county town. It sits atop the ridge along the main road that climbs uphill, and consists of scenic elements such as the ruins of the outpost, the Yunnan-Guizhou Western Post Road, Tashan Mountain, the "Loyal as the Cypress Boat" stele inscription, as well as the stone plaques of the memorial archway adorned on both sides with images of bamboo branches and orchids, and the "Two Dragons Fighting for the Pearl." Tashan Mountain lies to its north.
