Chengdu Wildlife World

Chengdu Wildlife World is located in Huayuan Shuicheng (Garden Water City), Jintang, 47 kilometers from downtown Chengdu. Covering an area of 5,000 acres with an investment of 500 million yuan, it is the largest wildlife kingdom in western China. The park is home to over 30,000 animals, including national treasures such as giant pandas, Australian white kangaroos, Siberian tigers, African lions, Asian elephants, golden takins, and an ecological aviary, among others.

Additionally, Chengdu Wildlife World has launched an environmental education science museum, an animal breeding base, and various educational and entertaining activities aimed at promoting biodiversity knowledge and raising public awareness of environmental protection. It has been designated as a base for quality education and environmental education for primary and secondary school students by the education and environmental protection departments of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City.
