The residential house at No. 50 Feng Street is a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Chengdu.

The residential house at No. 50 Feng Street is located in Jintang County and dates back to the Republican era.

On September 28, 2013, the Chengdu Municipal People's Government designated it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

The protected area covers its current land occupancy; an additional 5-meter buffer zone extending outward from the protected boundary is designated as a construction control area.
