Tomb of Liande

The Tomb of Liande is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Jintang County.

The Tomb of Liande, dating back to the Qing Dynasty, is located in Huaxing Village, Huaikou Subdistrict. The tomb faces west, with an earthen mound standing 1.5 meters high and 3 meters in diameter. A stone epitaph details the life of the deceased and remains well-preserved. In 1988, it was designated as a county-level cultural heritage site by the People's Government of Jintang County.

Huaikou Subdistrict: Huaikou Town is situated southeast of Jintang County in Sichuan Province. It borders Huangjia Township to the east, Baiguo Town to the south, Jiulong Town to the west, and Zhaojia Town to the north. The elevation ranges from 425 to 915.5 meters. The town government is located at No. 23 Wenhua Street, about 25 kilometers from the county seat. In 1999, the town covered an area of 47 square kilometers, with cultivated land spanning 31,861 mu, including 8,583 mu of paddy fields and 23,279 mu of dry land.

　During the Yuan Dynasty, this area was part of Yangcun. In the Ming Dynasty, the Huaikou Town Patrol Inspectorate was established here, named after the ancient Huai'an Army located west of the town.
