The Lixin New Village Tourism Scenic Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The Lixin New Village Tourism Scenic Area is located in Lixin Village, Zongfa Township, Renhe District, Panzhihua City.

The village’s Party branch and committee have set the goal of creating a “socialist new countryside” characterized by productive development, prosperous living, civilized rural culture, tidy villages, and democratic management, striving to enable villagers to enjoy an urban lifestyle. In 2017, the dilapidated houses of the only two precisely targeted poverty-alleviation households were renovated. Now the village has no extremely poor households or families living in dangerous houses, and villagers’ livelihoods are secured. The rural power grid was upgraded, with electricity access reaching 100%. Tap water and television access also reached 100%, improving villagers' living conditions. Since the construction of the new countryside, the rural industry has continued to grow and strengthen. Traditional planting, breeding, and agricultural product processing industries have developed sustainably and undergone continuous transformation and upgrading. Meanwhile, new business forms such as rural tourism, e-commerce in agriculture, flowers, Juque inkstones, and land transfers have emerged one after another, laying a foundation for the thriving and prosperous industrial development of Lixin Village. Moving forward, the village plans to establish an e-commerce platform to promote locally produced high-quality mangoes and wellness tourism online, helping villagers achieve a more prosperous life.
