The Taliangzi Cliff Tomb Cluster is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Taliangzi Cliff Tomb Cluster is located on the mountainside of "Taliangzi" on the northern bank of the Xiangtan River in Guihua Village, Minzhu Township, Zhongjiang County, Deyang City, Sichuan Province, China. From September to November 2002, the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology and other organizations conducted rescue excavations on nine cliff tombs within the Taliangzi Cliff Tomb Cluster. These tombs consist of a tomb passage, tomb gate, main chamber, corridor, side chamber, coffin platform, niche, and stove, featuring single-chambered, double-chambered, and multi-chambered structures, with the majority being multi-chambered. For the first time in these cliff tombs, wall paintings and ink inscribed titles were discovered, along with a number of wood-imitating architectural carvings and precious new themes in pictorial reliefs, greatly enriching the archaeological data on cliff tombs. Based on the structure, pictorial themes, and unearthed artifacts of these tombs, they date back to the middle to late Eastern Han Dynasty.

The "ink inscribed titles" were discovered for the first time in Tomb No. 3.

Tomb No. 3 of Taliangzi is currently the earliest known painted tomb in the Yangtze River basin and areas to its south.

In 2006, the "Taliangzi Cliff Tomb Cluster" was designated by the State Council of China as part of the "Sixth Batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units."

Protected Area: To the east, from the summit of Daliangzi along the ridge through the summit of Taliangzi descending along the ridge to the mountain foot (line of elevation 385.00); to the south, along the mountain foot line of Taliangzi (elevation 385.00); to the west, from the summit of La ozai descending along the ridge to the mountain foot (elevation 385.00); to the north, along the line connecting the summits of La ozai and Daliangzi.

Construction Control Zone: An extension of 50 meters outward from the eastern, western, and southern boundaries of the protected area, with the northern boundary overlapping that of the protected area.
