The Xie Family Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Zhongjiang County.

The Xie Family Residence: Located in Leiming Village, Jiesheng Town, it was built during the Qing Dynasty, covering a land area of 1,524 square meters and a construction area of 1,215 square meters, featuring a compound courtyard layout.

Protected area: Southeast to the outer edge of the roof drip line of the east wing room, northwest to the outer edge of the roof drip line of the west wing room, northeast to 5 meters beyond the roof drip line of the main hall, southwest to the roof drip line of the entrance hall.

Construction control zone: 5 meters beyond the protected area.
