The Fulongyuan Site (Rongcun Site) is located in Sigeng Town, Dongfang City, dating from the Neolithic Age to the Northern and Southern Dynasties. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the Hainan Provincial level.

Protected area: centered on the middle of the site, extending east to the dry farmland collectively owned by the third, first, and twelfth villager groups of Lainan Village Committee, west to the dry farmland collectively owned by Xiaron Village Committee, south to the edge of Rongcun, north to the paddy fields and forested land collectively owned by the tenth villager group of Shangrong Village Committee and the first villager group of Daxin Village Committee, covering an area of 308,984.47 square meters, approximately 463.48 mu.

Sigeng Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Dongfang City. Established in 1987, it is located in the northwest part of the city, 14.8 kilometers from the municipal government.
