The “Mengdongfang-Xuxiake International Tourism Resort” project is located in Xuxiake Town, Jiangyin City, in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta. It boasts convenient transportation, a superior environment, and rich historical and cultural significance. With a planned total investment of approximately 30 billion RMB, the project aims to become a world-class tourism resort, featuring a World Film Theme Park, a China Film Theme Park (including a Xuxiake Culture theme), a world-class leisure and vacation center, boutique themed hotels, an international conference center, and a fashion launch center.
During the signing ceremony, both parties held cordial and friendly discussions. Chairman Zhou Zheng stated that Mengdongfang takes “bringing Chinese culture to the world” as its corporate mission and responsibility, striving to become a flagship of China’s cultural industry and a world-class cultural entertainment group.
