The Tomb of Fu Que is located in Sanjia Town, Dongfang City, dating back to the Song Dynasty. It is a cultural relic protection unit of Hainan Province.

Protected Area: southeast to the boundary walls of the residences of Zhao Wuquan and Zhao Wusi, northeast to the village road, southwest to the village road, northwest to the boundary wall of the residence of Zhao Linhai, covering an area of 582.51 square meters, approximately 0.87 acres.

Sanjia Town is situated in the northern part of Dongfang City, on the southern bank of the Changhua River. It faces Wulie Town and Changhua Town of Changjiang County across the river to the north, and is 26 kilometers from the city center. The main road connecting the town to the city center—Sanxin Highway—is currently under renovation and will become the first paved road in the history of Sanjia Town upon completion.

Sanjia Town covers a vast area of 112 square kilometers and administers 14 administrative villages, with a total population of 7,180 households and 34,881 people.
