The Yushan Stone Carvings are located in Tian’an Township, Dongfang City, dating back to the Yuan Dynasty. They are a cultural heritage site protected by Hainan Province.

Protected area: Centered on the stone carvings themselves, the protected zone extends east to an orchard approximately 36 meters from the eastern bank of the Power Station River, south to Chenlong Bridge, west to coastal mudflats about 33 meters from the western bank of the Power Station River at the dry farmland of the Fourth Village Group of Chenlong Village Committee, and north to a point about 82 meters north of Chenlong Bridge, covering a total area of 7,693.1 square meters, approximately 11.54 acres.

Tian’an Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Dongfang City. Established as a commune in 1961 and reorganized as Tian’an Township in 1987. It is located in the central part of the city, 34.5 kilometers from the municipal government. The township covers an area of 53 square kilometers and has a population of 5,000. It has simple roads connecting to National Highway 225 in the north. It administers seven village committees: Andu, Chenlong, Baoyou, Tiancun, Butao, Changtian, and Chihao.
