Liucheng Jindong Original Ecology Rafting Tourism Development Project. The project site is located in Shangyou Village, Taiping Town, with an estimated total investment of 25 million yuan and an annual projected reception capacity of 500,000 tourists. Shangyou Village in Taiping Town is situated on the eastern side of National Highway 209, 60 kilometers from Liuzhou City. It lies along the route to the “Hundred-Mile Scenic Valley” connecting Liuzhou to Sanjiang, Rongshui, and Rong’an, serving as a vital passage and key node. The area features the Jindong Forty-Eight Ravines Original Ecology Tourist Area, where the waters of the Jindong River are crystal-clear blue, blending scenic water landscapes with karst peak forests, earning it the reputation of the “Little Li River.” Additionally, Shangyou Village is the birthplace of the Zhuang folk mountain song culture known as “Zhuanghuan,” characterized by simple local customs and well-preserved original Zhuang cultural elements.

Currently, Liucheng County is taking measures to protect the ecological integrity of the scenic area, formulating development plans, continuously improving tourism infrastructure, and enhancing tourism product offerings. The area is planned to be developed into a comprehensive tourist destination integrating original ecology-based leisure sightseeing, water rafting, hiking, hunting, and natural oxygen bar leisure experiences.
