Fuhu Green Tea
Fuhu Green Tea is produced at the Fuhu Overseas Chinese Farm in Liucheng County, Guangxi, where cultivation began in the 1960s. The farm has developed a total of 3,200 acres of nationally certified high-quality tea varieties, including: 2,744 acres of Yunnan large-leaf tea; 169 acres of Fuyun No. 6 tea; and 287 acres of Fuding Dabao tea. It yields 2.4 million kilograms of fresh tea leaves annually and processes around 500,000 kilograms of finished tea. Its main products include over 20 series under the "Fuuqiao" brand, such as Mingzhen, Lüxue, Maojian, Maofeng, Honglv, and Chaolv. Since 1997, Fuhu Green Tea has been continuously awarded the title of Guangxi High-Quality Product by the autonomous region. From 2001 to 2003, random inspections by the Tea Quality Supervision and Testing Center of China’s Ministry of Agriculture confirmed that the product quality met the NY5017-2001 "Pollution-Free Food – Tea Standard." In 2005, the "Fuhu Mingzhen" green tea won the title of "Champion" at the 2nd Guangxi Famous and High-Quality Tea “Tea Tasting” Competition hosted by the Guangxi Tea Society. The products are sold across the country (especially in the Guangdong-Guangxi market), with some exported to the EU market, enjoying good recognition.
