Duanjiagou Ecotourism Resort is located in the northern part of Lulong County, adjacent to Lishé Highway to the east and bordering the Qinglong River to the west. Known for its "10,000-mu plum orchard," it is hailed by visitors as a "fairy-tale world and a home of nature."

After years of development, the plum has become the village’s signature industry, creating a beautiful landscape. In 1997, it was designated as a "Pollution-Free Plum Production Base" by the Qinhuangdao Municipal Government; in 2005, it was recognized as a "Small Fruit Base" by the Hebei Provincial Forestry Department. Every April and May, the 10,000-mu plum blossoms in Duanjiagou bloom like snow, filling the air with fragrance. The mountains and valleys are draped in white, resembling a fairy-tale world. Strolling through the sea of flowers and gazing up at the blue sky and white clouds is an incredibly delightful experience. By mid-June, the fresh fruits ripen—silver apricots, juicy peaches, red plums… adorning the branches and tempting the taste buds. You can pick the fruits yourself and taste them at their freshest, enjoying the joy of harvest.

Walking through the plum orchard, you’ll eventually reach the Qinglong River, where the water is crystal clear and willow trees line the banks, offering a unique charm. A poem once praised it: “A river of green leaves spans three realms, with red blooms on both banks under nine heavens. One wonders which of the seven fairies of the Jade Pool cast their colorful ribbons down to earth.” This attests to its beauty.
