Sun Tiangezhuang is located in Liutianzhuang Town, Lulong County, south of National Highway 205 and about 2 kilometers northwest of Changlu Road. It is known as the "Village of Scholars."

Although not large, Sun Tiangezhuang is rich in content. The village has 170 households and has produced 170 university graduates, including 53 undergraduates, one PhD from Tsinghua University, and one academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This has created an educational miracle for both Lulong County and the entire Qinhuangdao City, making it a widely renowned "Village of Scholars."

The village’s two committees place high importance on education, which has inspired all villagers to hold culture in high regard and has given rise to many parents who are skilled at raising children. Today, the village has established archives for university students, a library, and a cultural square for residents. Life here is thriving and vibrant. In 2007, the village started educational tourism, setting up promotional display windows in the village center and cultural walls along the streets and alleys. Sayings such as “Nothing is better than educating children; nothing is more joyful than reading” add a strong cultural atmosphere to Sun Tiangezhuang, attracting many tourists from far and wide who come here to learn the secrets of raising successful children.
