The Ancient Residential Complex in Chaozhou Old Town is located in the South Gate Ten Lanes Historic Block, Xu Fu Princess Mansion Historic Block, and Old West Gate Street Historic Block. It includes the Lin Residence in Gucuo Lane, Cai Residence in Zhengcuo Lane, Waihan Mansion in Jiadi Lane, Dafu Mansion in Jiadi Lane, Deli Jiujia, Wang Residence in Gucuo Lane, Dafu Mansion in Xingning Lane, Honglan Rail, Dongfu Courtyard Rulin Mansion, Zhuo Mansion, Mashicheng Yan Residence, Qingting Lane Dafu Mansion, Huang Shangshu Mansion, and Tie Lane Chen Residence. These fourteen ancient residences are architectural remnants from the Ming, Qing, and Republican periods, representing exemplary and iconic buildings of their respective eras, and possess high historical value.
