The Green Island Tourist Resort is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and one of Chaozhou’s New Eight Scenic Spots. It is also recognized as a national model site for leisure agriculture and rural tourism, a youth science and technology education base in Guangdong Province, and one of the top ten weekend self-driving destinations for residents of Xiamen. The resort is situated at Wanshanhong Farm in Qiandong Town, spanning an area of more than 3,000 acres. It retains the original natural ecological landform, with forest coverage reaching up to 95%. Surrounded by mountains and water, the resort boasts picturesque scenery, resembling a green pearl embedded in the land of eastern Guangdong. It now features five major themed areas: the Folk Culture Experience Zone, the Villa Hotel Resort Zone, the Thousand Bamboo Lake Recreation Zone, the Wetland Lakeside Leisure Zone, and the Special Agricultural Experience Zone. It is a large-scale comprehensive eco-tourism resort integrating geological science education, cultural heritage, leisure vacation, business meetings, entertainment, and shopping.

The resort's holiday hotel, configured to four-star standards, includes lakeside villas and the main building, which can accommodate 180 guests simultaneously. The eco-friendly conference center can host distinctive meetings and banquets of varying sizes, from 20 to 200 people, making it an ideal destination for business professionals and successful individuals seeking high-end leisure vacations.
