Wanshanhong Southern Ecological Resort

Wanshanhong Southern Ecological Resort is situated in the Wanshanhong Farm of Qiandong Town. It lies about 4 kilometers northwest of the Shanhui Expressway entrance and 5 kilometers from the Chaozhou Port Avenue. Established in October 2001, it is a comprehensive tourist destination developed on the basis of distinctive natural landscapes through scientific planning. The resort combines scenic tourism, leisure vacations, ecological conservation, and science education. Covering a total area of over 1,500 acres, it features a variety of attractions including a gourmet restaurant, barbecue area, tea tasting pavilion, farmhouse inn, tea art gallery, fishing pond, grass sledding zone, horse racetrack, agricultural tools exhibition area, and a pick-your-own fruit orchard. Designated as a Guangdong Provincial Eco-Demonstration Garden, a Guangdong Provincial Youth Science Education Base, and a National Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site, it has become a shining gem on the new rural tourism route of eastern Guangdong.
