The Tomb of Lord Huang of Jiangxia is located on the southwestern slope of Jinnan Village, Qiandong Town, Raoping County. It was built in the first year of the Xuanhe era of the Song Dynasty (1119). The grave face and tombstone are oriented west to east, constructed in a stepped fashion. The tomb structure is broad, with a burial mound at the back, and features a sacrificial platform, tomb forecourt, and a crescent-shaped pond in front. The original tombstone has been preserved. The tombstone is inscribed with “Tomb of Lord Huang of Jiangxia, 11th month, 14th day, Bingchen, Xuanhe era,” and measures 110 cm in height and 50 cm in width. It has undergone recent renovations, with newly inlaid stone couplets on both sides of the tombstone as well as decorative elements such as the “Two Dragons Playing with a Pearl” motif. The tomb is broad and symmetrical. As an ancient burial site that has been well-preserved over the long term, it holds significant historical value. In April 2011, it was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit by the People’s Government of Raoping County.
