Changli Fishing Island Scenic Area is located in the central part of Changli Golden Coast. It boasts high-quality beaches, large ecological forests, naturally formed sand dunes and sand lakes, as well as fluorine-type freshwater hot springs originating from rock layers over a thousand meters underground. Its natural conditions are exceptionally favorable. Since its establishment, the scenic area has developed over 20 distinctive attractions including: “boat entry to the island,” “sandboarding and surfing,” “aquatic animal performances,” “sea fishing,” “shrimp, crab and shellfish harvesting,” “fish viewing,” “beaches,” “space-breeding planting and breeding experiments,” and “soaking in hot springs while viewing the sea.”

Among these, the three attractions “boat entry to the island,” “sandboarding and surfing,” and “soaking in hot springs while viewing the sea” are unique to Qinhuangdao City. The scenic area also features high-end seaside wooden villas, “Senze Garden” standard guest rooms, a seafood restaurant on the water, group buffet restaurants, shops, and an ice cream parlor among other supporting service facilities.

The Fishing Island Scenic Area is divided into four major functional zones.

Gate Service Zone: Equipped with parking lots, ticketing, check-in, police services, and a tourist service center. There is also a boat dock where visitors board after check-in to enter the scenic area. Along the way, guests can enjoy mermaid sculptures, a series of sand sculptures, as well as natural landscapes such as the sand lake, sandy beach, sand dunes, and woods.

Entertainment & Participation Zone: Visitors disembark at the Entertainment & Participation Zone dock to enjoy sandboarding, grassboarding, and surfing. The woods house a real-life CS battlefield, go-kart tracks, a children’s playground, pedal-powered water battle boats, and an outdoor training base. A fast-food restaurant provides dining services.

Aquaculture Zone: The aquaculture zone consists of five factory-style breeding workshops covering a total area of 10,000 square meters. Visitors can purchase live, fresh, and dried seafood at any time, with保鲜箱 (preservation boxes) and ice blocks provided.

Leisure & Vacation Zone: Located by the coast, this zone features beaches with fine sand, gentle slopes, clear water, and calm tides, complemented by comprehensive safety facilities. The beach offers activities such as beach volleyball and beach soccer. Along the shore, there are the No.1 Hot Spring, No.2 Hot Spring, and a children’s water play area. The scenic area’s sand lake is a saltwater lake that breeds over ten types of marine fish for fishing by visitors. The site also hosts a space-breeding base cultivating vegetables and flowers for guests to view. The Leisure & Vacation Zone offers wooden ocean-view villa guest rooms and seafood restaurants, making it an ideal choice for vacationers.
