In 2018, the ancient bridge in Wohuang Village was designated as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Chenzhou City.

Protected Area: Extends 5 meters in all directions from the bridge foundations at both ends.

Construction Control Zone: Extends an additional 10 meters beyond the protected area in all directions.

Gaotingsi Town: Formerly known as Gaoting Town, renamed to Gaotingsi Town

A township under the jurisdiction of Yongxing County. In 1949, it belonged to Gaoting Township; in 1950, to Shanfeng Township; in 1958, to Hongqi Commune; in 1961, to Gaoting Commune; and became a township in 1984. Located in the western part of the county, 22 kilometers from the county seat, it covers an area of 46 square kilometers with a population of 33,000. The township government is stationed in Gaotingsi. The Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and National Highway 107 pass through this area.
