Jinbaoshan Pagoda

Jinbaoshan Pagoda is a municipal cultural heritage site under the protection of Chenzhou City.

Jinbaoshan Pagoda is located in Hujukeng Village, Dabujiang Township, Yongxing County, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

In 2012, Jinbaoshan Pagoda was designated as part of the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the People’s Government of Chenzhou City.

Protected area: Starting from the outer edge of the pagoda base, extending 30 meters in all four directions.

Construction control zone: Extending 50 meters outward in all four directions from the protected area boundary.

Dabujiang Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Yongxing County. It belonged to Shilong Township in 1950, Hongxing Commune in 1958, and was established as Dabujiang Commune in 1961, then changed to a township in 1984. Located in the southeastern part of the county, it is 44.5 kilometers from the county seat, covering an area of 119 square kilometers with a population of 15,000. The township government is stationed in Dabujiang Market. It administers 13 village committees: Pingshang, Yuanzhou, Dabujiang, Shanjia, Jiaotou, Baijichong, Huju坑, Jiangtou, Dongkeng, Xiaokeng, Shendong, Maoping, and Zhongdong.
