The Phoenix Window Cultural Tourism Industrial Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The “Phoenix Window” Cultural Tourism Industrial Park is located in Qiongyangtan, Liaojiabridge Town. It was successfully opened on September 8, 2016, and is a comprehensive development zone integrating cultural creativity, product R&D, display and processing, wholesale and retail, performance reception, warehousing and logistics, tourism and vacation, as well as the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage. Currently, the first phase of the park — the Tourism Commodity Processing and Experience Garden — has been completed. It covers an area of 81 mu, with a construction area of 50,076 square meters. The area includes a total of 24 buildings, comprising the Xiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, Xiangxi Specialty Fruits Exhibition Hall, Fenghuang County Specialty Food Hall, Silver Jewelry Processing Experience Hall, Fenghuang Snacks, Tea Culture Exhibition Hall, and Traditional Handicraft Processing Experience Hall, among others.

The Phoenix Window Cultural Tourism Industrial Park has a planned area of 5,600 mu, with a total investment of 4 billion RMB. It is divided into four zones: tourism commodity R&D and processing, tourism commodity display, living, logistics, and services. It integrates cultural creativity, product R&D, display and processing, wholesale and retail, performance reception, warehousing and logistics, tourism and vacation, as well as the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage. The park is fully committed to creating a well-functioning, uniquely distinctive, fully equipped, and beautifully landscaped Chinese tourism commodity incubation base and tourism commodity trading market.

According to the development goals set for the near, medium, and long term, the first phase of the park, covering 81 mu of industrial processing and experience garden, has been completed, with a construction area of 50,076 square meters and an investment of 220 million RMB. In the medium term, within the next three years, priority will be given to developing a 1,000-mu project on the eastern side of the park. In the long term, within eight years, full development of 3.7325 square kilometers will be achieved.

The Phoenix Window Cultural Tourism Industrial Park is dedicated to five key goals. First, to create a tourist destination that integrates “eating, accommodation, entertainment, sightseeing, amusement, and shopping,” aiming to establish it as a AAAA-level scenic spot. Second, to build a base for inheriting ethnic culture, establishing folk customs exhibition rooms and ethnic craft workshops to showcase the humanistic features of Fenghuang County, promote and preserve ethnic culture, and achieve industrialized, intensive, and scaled development of local cultural brands. Third, to develop a tourism commodity park that integrates R&D, production, experience, sales, and logistics, positioning the “Phoenix Window” as the tourism commodity processing industrial park and intangible cultural heritage exhibition garden of Fenghuang County. Fourth, to create a trustworthy service park in the Wuling Mountain area, promoting honest and civilized business practices. Fifth, to build the best e-commerce platform in Xiangxi Prefecture, establishing the largest, most standardized, and most comprehensively serviced e-commerce industrial park in the region, thereby promoting the prosperity of Fenghuang’s e-commerce industry and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.

Liaojiabridge Town: Dulixiang Township and Liaojiabridge Town have been merged to form Liaojiabridge Town.

Liaojiabridge Town is located in the western part of Fenghuang County, 9 kilometers from the county seat. It covers a total area of 66 square kilometers, administers 20 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee, and 129 villager groups, with a total of 4,126 households and a population of 21,000.

The area enjoys convenient transportation, with Provincial Highway S308 running through the entire territory, and the under-construction Fengda Highway passing through five administrative villages.
