Yanxin Public Welfare Garden is currently the only privately-funded public garden in Qian'an City, built by the private enterprise Lixin Industrial Co., Ltd. Covering an area of 200 acres, it was opened to the public and tourists free of charge in 2007.

Yanxin Public Welfare Garden boasts ten major scenic spots: Xinhai Tenglong, Mandarin Duck Lake, Lixin Stone Garden, Jinyu Bridge, Waterfall Viewing Pavilion, Rushan, Yan Tower, Golden Gourd Hidden Treasure of Yan, Phoenix-Perched Jade Pavilion, and Sacred Elephant Bestowing Blessings. These ten wonders are ingeniously crafted, shaded by trees, with winding paths leading to serene scenes—each step reveals a new marvel, and every sight is a spectacle. The entire garden skillfully blends movement and stillness with ingenious design. Visitors can stroll along tree-lined, flower-bedecked paths while admiring miniature landscapes scattered throughout; they can also enjoy the views, listen to the water, appreciate the flowers, and sip tea. “A path embracing secluded hills, unexpectedly located within the city.” In spring, the garden is lush and vibrant with blooming flowers; in summer, a gentle breeze carries the fragrance of lotus blossoms; in autumn, reeds by the lake sway in the wind, exuding a crisp chill; in winter, warm sunlight fills the space, and the snow scenery is enchanting. Once inside, visitors find it hard to leave. The park is picturesque and radiant; it draws crowds of joyful visitors, laughter, music, and melodies that reflect social harmony; calm waters and thriving markets signify peace and prosperity among the people.
