The Tomb of Lüzhaizhai is a protected cultural heritage site of Hubei Province.

Tomb of Lüzhaizhai

Located in Lüzhaizhai Village, Tuanshan Town, Yugang Township, Xiangfan City. It is a burial site from the Eastern Zhou Dynasty. Situated on a 401-meter-high mound, the tomb has an earthen mound over 4 meters high and a base diameter of more than 40 meters. It is large in scale and well-preserved. Geographically, the tomb is situated within the political, economic, and cultural center of the Chu State at that time, making it of great value for the study of the region’s history, culture, and the Chu culture (Fifth Batch).
