Cao Xueqin was a great literary master of 18th-century China, and his masterpiece *Dream of the Red Chamber* is a world-renowned immortal work. For over 200 years, *Dream of the Red Chamber* has been beloved by readers and has become a literary classic with broad popular appeal. *Dream of the Red Chamber* is a monumental work. According to incomplete statistics, to date, it has been published in 18 languages and over 60 translations worldwide. It is a first-class treasure of world literature and has been—and will continue to be—appreciated and praised by people around the world.

It can thus be seen that both Cao Xueqin and *Dream of the Red Chamber* are world-class cultural brands. The hometown of Cao Xueqin, located in Fengrun, is the most competitive cultural brand in Fengrun’s tourism offerings, characterized by the rarity and exclusivity of its resources.

The Huánxiāng River, the mother river of Fengrun, flows through the park. The overall environment of the park is serene, with noticeable undulating terrain, abundant water resources, and an environment conducive to creating a northern garden landscape surrounded by mountains and water, shaded by green trees, and filled with birdsong and floral fragrance. Honglou Mountain Villa is situated against three mountains and faces the water to the south, combining mountain and water views in tranquil beauty. The Honglou Dream-Seeking City spans 1,454 acres and is located in Huánxiāng River Park in the northeast of the urban area, facing the Fengrun Museum and Guanhuayuan Park across the river. Honglou Mountain Villa covers 260 acres and is located on the north bank of Qiuzhuang Reservoir.

Cao Xueqin (c. 1715–c. 1763) was the greatest novelist of China’s Qing Dynasty. His given name was Zhān, courtesy name Mèngruǎn, and his art name was Xuěqín; he also went by Qiánpǔ and Qínxī. He was originally from Liaoyang. His ancestors were Han Chinese who later became “Booi” (bondservants) of the Manchu Plain White Banner, making him a member of the Banner system. He was the author of China’s classic novel *Dream of the Red Chamber*. Written during Cao Xueqin’s later years of hardship and poverty, the novel was originally titled *The Story of the Stone*. The first 80 chapters were largely finalized and circulated in manuscript form. In 1791, Cheng Weiyuan and Gao E published the first movable-type printed edition, expanding the work to 120 chapters and renaming it *Dream of the Red Chamber*.
