Covering an area of 1,454 mu, the Red Mansion Dream-Seeking City is located in the Huánxiāng River Park in the northeast of the urban area, facing the Fengrun Museum and Guanhuayuan across the Huánxiāng River; the Red Mansion Villa spans 260 mu and is situated on the northern shore of Qiuzhuang Reservoir.

Based on the ancestral culture of Cao Xueqin and drawing on the concepts of modern tourism and open urban communities, the Red Mansion Dream-Seeking City thoroughly explores Red Mansion culture, the culture of the Cao family, and the folk culture of Fengrun. It organically integrates the six essential elements of tourism with various cultural themes, creating a high-end, open, ecological, and humanistic leisure area in the form of vivid scenes under a film and television concept.
