Xiangyang Park

Xiangyang Park is located in the area of Dongmen Bridge in Xiangcheng. In the 1970s, to provide residents with more public leisure spaces, the government began planning Xiangyang Park, which opened to the public for free in 1975. It was the first park in Xiangcheng. In 1992, Xiangyang Park merged with the former Yangchunmen Park and the former state-owned fish farm, forming the largest urban park in the city area. It receives up to 400,000 visitors annually and is a large comprehensive park that integrates historical sites, garden art, land and water recreation, animal exhibits, and aquaculture.
